Things to consider for engraving: any high quality jpeg image of your pet can be used to produce the laser-engraving. Image file size should be between 1MB and 15MB. More details on how to choose the best image of your pet are in the 'Note on Photographs' page. Whether the keepsake box is landscape or portrait in orientation will be determined by the image you provide.
If you intend to use the keepsake portrait to enclose cremains (ashes), please reference the chart below and choose a keepsake box size based on the healthy weight of your pet. If in doubt about which size to choose, or if your pet's healthy weight straddles two sizes, err on the side of caution and choose the larger size. If still in doubt, Small Saints welcomes your questions.

- Remember your order number
- Send your image via e-mail, with your order number in the subject line, to Small Saints at: icare@smallsaints.ca
- If your image file is too large to send via your e-mail provider, we can provide secure upload folder link for you.
