A Note on Photographs

Selecting a photograph that is suitable for laser-engraving is not difficult.   Here are some characteristics to consider when choosing a suitable photograph for the process:

• The photo must show many gradations of color from light to dark.

• The photo must show good focus and distinct detail.

• The photo should have good contrast.

• An image that is at least 1MB in size.

Images that are to be used for a painted portrait urn of your pet can be less detailed, however, the subject pet in the image should be close enough to show the expression of character and physical features that make your pet unique in appearance.
